Introducing New Faculty Member Dr. Nadnudda Rodthongkum

Dr. Nadnudda Rodthongkum received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2011, where she worked with Prof. Richard Vachet on development of nanomaterials for biomolecule detection by Mass Spectrometry. She was then the Ph.D. Research fellow at Abbott Bioresearch Center Inc., Worcester, MA, USA. Dr. Rodthongkum became a researcher at Metallurgy and Materials Science Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University in 2012 and a deputy director from 2019 to present. Dr. Rodthongkum began as a faculty member of the Chemistry Department at Chulalongkorn University starting December 2024. Her research group focuses on design and functionalization of nanomaterials for chemical/bio sensor, theranostic device and mass spectrometric applications.
