Insights into Application of Metaverse and Virtual Platforms with Gas Chromatography

Gas chromatography (GC) is increasingly applied for efficient separation of volatile compounds in complex samples. While online meetings can support research communication, method development, and training, they often lack the interactive engagement needed to sustain participation. To address this, we propose a metaverse platform that is immersive, interactive, and globally accessible. The system integrates GC and comprehensive two-dimensional GC games with a 3D ecosystem for communication, concept learning, instrumental training, optimization, and database sharing.
