- Areas of research include molecular dynamics simulation (MD) of aqueous solution based on ab initio quantum mechanical charge field (QMCF) MD framework, development of the program for analysis the simulation trajectories of composite solute, implementation of quantum chemistry program paralleling on graphics processing unit (GPU), and development of theory to extract the normal modes from the arbitrary geometry of molecules.
